This policy explains what information C’Demk (cdemk.com) collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if given, and what you bought.
• Inquiries and messages: whatever you send us by email or through the contact form.
• Browsing: basic, anonymous visit data (such as pages viewed and device type) collected through cookies by our website platform, Squarespace.

Payments are handled securely by Squarespace Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

• To process, make and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To reply to inquiries about original paintings and commissions.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To send news about new work, only if you've chosen to sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to complete your order: with our print and fulfillment partner (Printify and its production partners), shipping carriers, and the payment providers above. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing cdemkcdemk@gmail.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
