Shop items
Tapestries, throws, bedding, bags, puzzles, journals, clocks, gift wrap and the coloring book are made to order by our print partner. Each one is produced after you order it, usually within 2–7 business days, then shipped directly to you.
Shipping
- United States: free standard shipping on every order. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after production.
- Canada, the European Union and Australia: a flat shipping rate is added at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after production.
- We don't currently ship to other countries, including the United Kingdom.
- You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping charge. Maryland orders include 6% sales tax at checkout.
Returns and exchanges
Because every shop item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or option. Please check details before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or is lost in transit, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email cdemkcdemk@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before production starts.
Original paintings
Original works are sold by inquiry. Packing, shipping, insurance and delivery are arranged directly with each collector, and the terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
